1999 CBR 900. It has sat outside (under a cover) for the last month in the cold. Last start was 2 weeks ago. I am in Canada ans the temp is around the freezing point hi of 42 low of 28 or so (-5C to 10C) Went to start it yesterday and it started up and was quit rough. I had the same issue with my 99' 900rr and my problem was fouled spark plugs. depending on the year of your bike, if it has a manual choke cold weather will make the choke not open fully and cause the spark plugs to wet foul and the easiest way to solve it is to simply replace them. also you may want
